2.Trampoline Parks
With continuous experience since 2001, Balkan Dolphin has successfully designed, manufactured, and built hundreds of trampoline parks and commercial amusement facilities. Our multi-decade expertise guarantees high manufacturing standards, reliable structural engineering, and long-term durability for your venue.
Each setup within our Trampoline Parks and jumping areas has a specific capacity limit for simultaneous users. For example, a system with eight individual trampolines allows up to eight children or clients to jump safely at the exact same time. Typically, a single jumping session lasts between 10 to 15 minutes. Based on our industry observations and client data, the average price for a 15-minute session ranges from €15 to €20–€25 per person.

3. Business Insights, ROI & Documentation
Bungee trampolines offer a relatively fast return on investment due to high throughput and steady demand. Based on operational data, the average ticket price is €5 for a 5-minute session, with premium locations reaching €8 to €10 per 5-minute turn. This strong cash flow capability allows operators to recover their initial investment rapidly. For example average daily income with 4-trampoline bungee can be aprox. 1500-1800 euro. How effective and profitable it will be depends on the foot traffic and high visibility of the location, as well as how popular it is with tourists and visitors.

4. Instructions and Operating Conditions
- Regularly check the tension of the wire ropes (using the turnbuckles/tensioners).
- Regularly inspect the winch cables. Kinking or improper winding on the winch must not be allowed during lowering and lifting. The cable must always remain taut, and there must be a load on the harnesses when there is movement up or down with the electric hoist!
IMPORTANT: If there are frayed wires (“whiskers”) on the winch cable, it must be replaced asap!
- Regularly inspect the integrity of the alpine rope. It should not be kinked, and its outer sheath should not be worn out. If it is, contact us to replace the rope set
- Winch limits: The winches are equipped with a limit switch for the fully extended position. It is important to ensure that the ends of the climbing ropes do not enter the pulleys at the top of the poles (this rarely happens, typically only when children/customer jump at maximum height).
- Bungee cords: The bungee cords are manufactured with a protective sheath. Their replacement is mandatory when they are visibly wrinkled in an “S” shape and/or have “whiskers” (small pieces of the elastic core protruding from the sheath).
- Harness check: Always verify that the harnesses are properly locked according to the locking procedure before allowing a client to jump.
- Cord configuration: The number of bungee cords must correspond to the client’s weight for a normal jump. For example, for a client weighing 25-30 kg, use between 4 and 5 cords per side (a total of 8-10 cords). Sometimes 6 cords when the customer is jumping Pro needs more cords!
- Carabiners & Grip: Always check that the carabiners are securely locked and instruct the client to hold onto the bungee cords or harness extensions (if any).
WEATHER HAZARD: In case of rain and storm hazards, disconnect the equipment from the electrical grid and cease operations immediately!
- Jump zone: Ensure jumping occurs only in the designated zone, specifically the trampoline bed, and not outside of it!
- No swinging: Swinging or “launching” outside the equipment’s frame or towards the center console/tensioners is strictly prohibited.
- Waiting area: Waiting clients must stand at least 2 meters away from the perimeter of the trampolines.
- Double Bungee: The ground dimensions are 8 meters by 4 meters, with a tower height of 7 meters. Or as per customer specification.
- Quad (4-in-1) Bungee: The ground dimensions are 8 meters by 8 meters, with a tower height of 7 meters. Or optional.
- Mobile bungee Trampoline: It depends on the options of the model from customers, mostly like the above models.
